Kathy C. Yohalem, President of Yohalem Ltd. and a member of The Historic House Trust Directors' Council, has taken on the role of Lead Facilitator (2011 into 2012) for the Trust's efforts for Lewis H. Latimer Fund, for facilitating strategy, growth development, board development and online presence - with think tanks as part of the process. This will help strategically develop Latimer's role as we move into the 21st century.
On September 7th, 2011 a team meeting was held with representatives from The Historic House Trust staff, Board and Directors' Council, Lewis Latimer Fund and Advisory Board, and the Office of the President, Borough of Queens was represented; as well as new members cultivated by Ms. Yohalem. The start to help grow Latimer has begun! - with ongoing meetings set through 2012.
